Your life begins with an inhale, then you cry. And the last exhale will take you away from your body. So breathing is very important as it is connected to emotions. If you control your breath, you are able to control your emotions as well. On the other hand, physical education is very important for healthy and happy life. I chose to practice yoga for its complexity. Combining breath and movement, opening body and releasing emotions during the practice.
